Shipping Policy

At Pouch Plug, we prioritize speed, reliability, and transparency when it comes to getting your products delivered on time. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship wholesale orders within Canada. Orders are dispatched from one of our three fulfillment centers located in BC, Ontario, or the East Coast — whichever is closest to your location for the fastest delivery time.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods
We work with reliable carriers including Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has shipped.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination. We do not inflate shipping charges and strive to keep costs as low as possible for our retail partners.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real-time.
6. Delays & Delivery Issues
While we do everything possible to ensure on-time delivery, we are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, operational issues, or incorrect shipping addresses. If a problem arises, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Special Instructions
If you have specific delivery requirements (e.g. signature required, delivery times), please include these in the order notes during checkout or contact us prior to shipping.
